Elephant Memory Co. is here to allow your memories to be more accessible and tangible, whether through our scrapbook kits or our simple photo printing service. Here’s how it works:

  • You upload your photos monthly to the queue

  • We print the photos and mail them to you, along with an Elephant Books scrapbook bundle if you choose

  • You receive your photos and get to use your creativity to make your own scrapbook; but with us, you can leave behind the hassle of going out to the store to pick things out, find supplies, remember to print photos, etc.

Schedule

Photos are sent out on the first Monday of every month. All photos to be printed must be submitted by 11:59pm, EST on the last Monday of the prior month. Payment will be processed on a monthly basis, based on when you signed up.

If you miss the deadline and want your photos sooner, no worries! A la carte printing is always available and you can pick up where you left off next time. Just please keep in mind that no matter how many photos are in your queue, the monthly price remains the same.

Subscriptions

Subscription frequency is monthly. Price varies based package size and type: up to 10 or 20 photos for Elephant Books subscriptions, or up to 10, 20, or 50 photos for just a photo printing subscription.

Elephant Books

When you start an Elephant Books subscription package, you will be sent: your photos, scrapbook pages, your chosen paper, and one or two glue tape rollers. Elephant Books or Elephant MiniBooks must be purchased separately!

Additional supplies can always be added a la carte by the last Monday of the prior month (just mark “send with my subscription”) to be included in your monthly shipment! Otherwise, any a la carte items will be sent in a separate package.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, so long as it is by the usual deadline of the last Monday of the month. If cancelled after that, any photos in the queue for that month will be printed and sent at the price of the package chosen.

What if I forget to input my order?

If your queue is empty at the printing deadline, your subscription will be cancelled. You can resume your subscription at any time!
